X-Cution runs the crime world within Japan with fringe groups all throughout the world. And they have made a name for themselves within the crime world, with multiple facilities for their drug making and storing as well as their other avenues for revenue.

The "Boss" is not from this Universe, and as such, showed up and took over by defeating the previous boss. He now rules with 1 rule; Respect. You show it, you get it.

They service individuals from all walks of life or realm of existence. Offering drugs, money, work, sex, anything your heart desires. And would be able to distribute to even regular humans, if not for TITAN getting in their way at every turn.
