The second oldest family, the strategic minds and genius innovators of the Tepes family strive to make the Bount race superior to all others. It was their ability to create synthetic souls that brought them the praises of the other families. It was these same inventions that allowed the creation of more Bounts. Allowing them to maintain their numbers, while still maintaining their secrecy.

Tepes are rarely seen outside of the palace, secluding themselves to their labs and documents. Krul's planning pushes the other families toward her ideals and what she deems worthy of their attention. All of the Tepes family have their doll and those who perform the ritual are known to do so flawlessly. They currently head the Bount Families.
